【Development Background】

In the industrial equipment market there are robots, drones, and printers, which use high current that exceed the rated current of 10A. 
There were some cases where our existing lineup couldn’t solve. Therefore, we’ve developed a high-current connector designed to meet the needs of the industrial equipment market. 
It is a high current with several attachment and detachment points.

【Features】

In order to handle high current, we’ve developed a structure that suppresses the temperature rise when current is applied.



-Countermeasure temperature rise

By making the plug blade a U-shape, it has a structure that divides the current into two, which suppresses the temperature rise.


-Space Saving
By making both sides of the plug blade contact points, we have achieved half the length in the X direction.





Considering its use under harsh conditions such as the industrial field, it has been designed with a structure that ensures high contact reliability. 



-Stable Contact Resistance
By dividing the contact points of the receptacle, the number of contact points is increased, reducing the contact resistance and achieving stable resistance values

-Absorbing fitting misalignment
By increasing the number of contact points, it absorbs fitting misalignments such as bias and rotation of the plug within the receptacle.

Assuming special specifications in a harsh environment, this product has also been passed the following tests.
